Graduates from the following departments are all eligible to apply for the Master's Programme: Departments of Faculties of Philosophy and related departments in other faculties of Humanities and Historical Studies (e.g. the Department of Theatrical Studies and the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Patras, the Department of History and Anthropology of the University of Thessaly, etc.), Greek universities and equivalent recognised institutions abroad, and, if applicable, departments of Technological Education Institutions in accordance with the provisions of article 5 para. 12 of Law 2916/2001. The final selection of students who will be admitted for postgraduate studies is made on the basis of an interview and/or examinations administered by the Postgraduate Studies Co-ordination Committee. The Committee consists of members of the Teaching and Research Staff drawn from the three different sections within the Department. The students selected by the committee must then be approved by the General Assembly.
